Based on our discussion in class I thought since it is often difficult to get parents to participate that if it was anonymous and had a pre-paid envelope that those two things may help. I think the the questions from John and Jess also do a wonderful job addressing the issue of academic dishonesty. I tried to utilize this survey to also address paterns of behavior and previous knowledge of this issue. I believe many students are not properly educated about academic dishonesty and may not realize lifting or paraphrasing is in fact dishonest without proper citation. I thought the questions before mine did a great job of being unbiased, keeping the respondents in mind and being mutually exclusive.
